PERSPECTO

Inlay, made with valuable and natural dyed veneers of many wood species

Perspecto, from the Latin “perspicio”, ie see through, see beyond. The wood from solid and opaque material becomes translucent and, if superimposed, generates new shades and gradations of color. Removing matter from wood gives a composition that deceives the eye, making it look lighter.
